Descripción
There is a raised bump in the front plaza area of St. Albert Place. It is adjacent to one of the fire hydrants. We had a woman trip and fall here on May 1st and received first aid by one of my staff at the Arden as well as an ambulance was called and she was taken away to the hospital. I have attached a photo to show the raised area.
