Q. What is the location?
A. From Rood Ave and Windsor Ave., south to Windsor Ave and Corey St.
Q. What was littered or dumped illegally?
A. The area is alive w/litter, principally in the vacinity of the Windsor Shopping Center, (which is an issue in and of itself). In some cases, therre is more litter than there are blades of grass!!
Q. Are there large items?
