No crosswalk has been established at the intersection of Lincoln Road and Luther Road. Folks walk here and the area needs to repaved. There is a safety issue as many folks use Lincoln Road as a cut through to St. Joseph's School. Very dangerous in the morning between 7:15 and 8 AM. Please do something to mark and pave this area before a pedestrian is badly hurt. Seems no observes the parking permit rules in this neighborhood
