Description

In my opinion garbage was not placed out for pick up in time last Friday, Apr 29th. Can was overfilled, so bags dumped on sidewalk. Also weeds are at least waist high. I believe this property is owned by Waypoint properties. Just want to add, and you probably already realized - but today is May 2, and garbage is still on sidewalk and spreading.
