This needs to be rezoned and signed no parking. When parking occurs as in case of large funeral parties traffic backs up on both Farmington Ave and Trout Brook Dr for blocks in both directions. Side streets and residential drives become impossible to enter or exit. As it happens large funerals are the only time anyone considers parking in this parking zone and these happen almost always on weekday evenings coinciding with peak traffic through the adjacent intersection.
