The street signal for westbound College Avenue traffic doesn't seem to recognize that bikes or cars are waiting to turn onto SR 15, even if there is no traffic on 15. I ride my bike to work (to Goshen Community Schools Central Office) all year and whenever I ride home, I (or the cars in front of me) will have to wait at the light for quite a while, even when there is no other traffic. It doesn't seem like the sensors recognize bikes or cars.
