This truck has not moved for over 3 months. It's one of the trucks for the junk business being run out of the 1st fl of 312 Merrimack st . I don't think that address is zoned for a business either. I have reported it to the city & nothing was done! I also have asked the landlord to do something since the business is always filling up their trash cans & the neighbor's trash cans instead of using the dump. The landlord says as long as their paying their rent they are staying! The truck is in the way of a very busy st & traffic has to stop bc the truck blocks the st so 2 cars CANT fit to pass each other.
