Thee are a few houses on that street that could use some sprucing. I am a former resident of that street and as the elders pass away new arrival (not all) don't care. This use to be a beautiful street. Sorry to say it just continues to decline.

MR/MAYOR - drive your malibu down these streets - stop airing those city meetings and do some real work on the city not that ch 12 garbage

You know some people may be ill and not able to keep a yard the way they would like to keep it and may not be able to afford constant landscaping costs. If people are so concerned about this stop whining about it and find out why the yard is the way it is. The owner may welcome the help. What has happened to people these days? People used to help the elderly and people who are ill. In this day and age people sit behind a computer and complain. That is their solution. But guess what? If someone is not able to make their yard pretty enough for you thats just too bad and a call to city hall is not going to do anything but get the grass cut and you have to live with that.
