Was your bin out by 7am? Is it your correct recycling week? This week is GREEN week. Was your bin lid closed and not over-flowing? Did waste management leave an orange sticker indicating why they did not take it? Did you call Waste Management directly to report it? The best and fastest way to resolve any and all service related issues is to call 800-972-4545 option #4. WM will create a work order to get the problem resolved.
