Just absolutely amazing that anyone, much less a "citizen", should have to report this.
It is clearly a violation of code, the police just simply refuse/choose not to enforce the code.
Drive around the Bellevue neighborhood sometime, it is like a trailer graveyard. Reminds me of the "broken window" that urban planners talk about. ..

Trailers are prohibited from parking in residential and mixed residential neighborhoods. Parking complaints need to be called into 646-5100 to have an Officer respond to issue the $120 ticket.
