Description
Fallen leaves were never removed so old leaves have caused drainage issues and flash flooding is a regular problem on the corner of M & 26th Street. I have witnessed on more than one occasion those in wheel chairs struggling at this intersection because of the build up of water and parked cars seeing rising water around their vehicle tires during a small rain shower with no place for the water to go.
