This seems to be a very serious safety issue at this intersection, traveling eastbound on College at the Olympic Pl stop light. I witnessed a car slam on their brakes and nearly go through the intersection because they did not see the stop light. It is obscured from quite a distance away, there is no traffic light indicator sign as you approach and as you get closer, lower branches continue to obstruct the view of the stop lights.
