Give this person information for assistance. Put yourself in their shoes. As a disabled veteran and my entire 18.5 yrs military record was missing from the VA my retired disability pay stopped one day. I owned my home (paid off) and lost my Insurance. Then 3 weeks after my insurance was canceled my neighbors home was repossessed. Week later someone set that home on fire. My home burnt to the ground and I lost everything. I was homeless for 1.5yrs with only help I received for anyone at that time was the Red Cross. Only $400. To this day I've been fighting the VA for my benefits. So everyone needs help! One day you will need it and you'll be running into many walls. Could be God testing you.

Although I was recently criticized for my "uneducated" report (see above), the homeless issue at the vacant building remains an issue as recent as last week. Someone should check out the the homeless issue in Anaheim and how they have handled it. Last week I exited the westbound 57 Fwy at Chapman, Orange exit which parallels the Santa Ana River bed. All along the top of the river bed were many many homeless tents and encampments. Although it may not be legal, it seemed to be fairly clean and well ordered. And to the above writer "tireED of hOa CrAP," I hold a post graduate degree in public health. Education is not my issue.
