This house has been abandoned and boarded up for years. There is a huge hole in the roof, and the foundation is rotting away. The town did clear some of the junk and vehicles from the lot more than a year ago, but people consistently dump items in front of the lot and its driveway, and rats have recently been seen in the area. Something needs to be done to rebuild or clear the lot. Owner or bank needs to be accountable.
