A truck ripped a wire off the pole at 36 Beacon and pulled a second wire down so it's hanging dangerously low. The downed wire is at 45 Beacon. Can these wires be removed before the second wire is ripped down and the 1st wire removed from the ground?

We have reviewed the issue and have made the determination that the wire in question is a Verizon customer feed to #45 Beacon Street. You or the Homeowner at 45 Beacon would have to call Verizon directly to report the problem.
