I've noticed him back too. This stop is heavily used by bus riders during the State Fair, so it'd be particularly nice if it is regularly monitored by CAT/RPD over the next 2 weeks.

Capt. Murr's officers have been asked to keep an eye out here and ask him to move on. Because this is a public bus stop he is technically not violating any laws, but we will remind him that he needs to find a different place to sleep.
