The trash is still there, and poop bags are now overflowing the cans and spilling onto the grounds. Please fix this.

This is disgraceful!!! the city picked up the garbage at the top of the park by the parking deck but apparently the City of Richmond is incapable of getting to the other garbages at the entrances of the dog park pens. It is absolutely disgusting!!!!

The trash is still there, 2+ weeks later. There's a massive pile of poop bags around trash cans near both large and small dog run. Would it help if we took the crap and piled it in the middle of Broad Street? Would that get the problem taken care of faster?
