I have reported the issue to EMC. They have indicated that they will have it repaired within the next 5 to 7 business days. Please let me know if it is not resolved within that time frame so that I can either close the issue or follow up with EMC.
Thanks for letting me know. I will recontact EMC and update them on the issue. As always, they will take 5 to 7 business days, so hopefully it will be addressed by the end of next week or the early part of the following week. Please keep in mind that they typically run slower around holiday and vacation times.
I am going to go ahead and close this issue since I haven't had any additional updates. If the light has not been repaired, please let me know and I will contact the provider to determine why the light has not been fixed.
