Cycle time on Columba is longer than the Grattan st side ever since road work had been done. Going to work at 4:30am you have to wait an extraordinary long time on grattan for the light to change when there is no traffic on Columba.

The loop detection was cut when the sewer work was completed. The controller sees that the loop is not there so a 'call' is always entered to service Columba.
Work is scheduled to be completed in June on Columba including the loop detection.
