They run all the time, have broken heads and basically don't care about following the county restrictions.
They had the system off because it is so screwed up, but now that it is getting warmer, they turned it back on and it is still set wrong and seriously broken/needing repair.
The owner does not care about this at all.
This is the second time I have reported this problem
