Why have 95% of the street lights been out on Lincoln hwy. between 4th and 3rd ave? You would think that they would want this block to be well lit with there being senior and handicapped apartments located there as well as a bar that always has trouble. I can hardly see where I am going at night in this block. It has been this way for some time.

There are still a lot of street lights out on Lincoln hwy. When people cross the street at night in areas other than the intersection I worry that I may hit them because I can't see them well.

Glad to see that they replaced a lot of the street lights with new ones. But there are still quite a few out. A couple of people need to take a ride around at night and put a mark on the poles of the ones that are out so the company can see them during the day.
