This contractor's truck has been parked on Caldecott Lane (between 142 & 150) for the last 3-4 days; it is very possible that it’s an abandoned stolen vehicle. What tells me this are: 1) windows part way down in the heavy rain 2) no ignition key switch with wires pulled from under the dash 3) interior cab in total disarray 4) pry marks on heavy duty padlocks on utility cabinets.
