As previously reported to the Building Dept, occupants at 155 East St Ware are continuously having a tag sale, virtually every nice day, right next to my restaurant, essentially preying on my customers. It is a disgusting display, and disregard for common courtesy , not to mention any "by-laws" they may be breaking by having such sales every day, without holding any permits. Since speaking with the building dept, I have noted the occupant set up on : 4/13, 4/14, 4/16, 4/19, 4/20, 4/21. This matter needs to be addressed by someone, and put to a stop. It's bad enough that the 155 East St property is a disgusting mess, I don't need any more of this activity decreasing the value of my well kept property at 149 East St !!! If I have to pay for licenses / permits, so should everyone else, or they shouldn't be selling .
