This property is becoming a junk pile. The garage door is broken and not closed allowing animals in and out, and garbage and debris has been piling up along the house and in the driveway for the past two months. This is a rental. The tenants and owner have a lengthy history of doing nothing to maintain this property until it's reported to the city.
