There is a short term rental across the street from house. Currently there are more than 20 people in this house with parties on going until 2 and 3 in the morning every night this week.
Is it not contradictory to Zoning Codes for Hotel/Motel regulations vs. Residential rental regulations. Wether it be renting repatedly in a one year period, less than 30 days, fore supression code on a property used for a commercial usage, and numerous other issues.
This property also has other permitting violations, new windows, doors, removal of propane gas, new HVAC system and others that complaints have been filed about and disregarded.
