Easier said than done. Many people can become very aggressive when having there photos taken. Being they are parked in a red zone and littering I can understand taking caution. Thanks for posting Terry.

That's true. I have been trying to get pics of the deals going down in the homeless encampment on Peralta and 35th but realized how dangerous that is
