Please strongly encourage owner to actively find a tenant for this large empty commercial space. Restaurant or pub would be welcomed in this popular healthy neighborhood. Building now has graphitti on Windows and its near some of Albany's best neighborhoods but they won't be great for long if Albany doesn't help to make the neighborhood great by encouraging uses that compliment the neighborhood. Vacant graphitti covered buildings aren't going to encourage anyone to buy houses or stay in the neighborhood.
