Description

There is a white powdery substance covering the cars on the block. It is up to 3" deep in the alleyways on the block as it has been blowing around since Saturday. The Mexican worker told me it was insulation but he didn't know what kind. Help!

There is over 3 feet of construction debris and dirt behind the same building at 6025 Torresdale Ave.

I sent pictures to 311 but it's been over a month and the trash is still there.
