The stop sign the SW corner of inner Humboldt Blvd and Cortland is extremely unsafe! I ha e now been almost run over approximately 10 times. It is not very visible to traffic driving east in Cortland as well as ignored by most of the traffic resulting in NUMEROUS near misses with pedestrians. Many of these instances would have been fatal had the pedestrian no dove out of the way or ran for safety. How can this be reconciled? Where does it get reported? It's a popular route for schoolchildren and people in the neighborhood. Seeing it from my window I, at least, 10 times a day hear tires screech and yells from those potentially hit and injured.
