I'm seeing a lot of crossing lights that display a Red Hand with numbers counting down. Thus means you have 10 or 9,8, seconds to walk before you cannot cross the street.
To me, this meant that you shouldn't walk for 10,9,8 seconds before the red light turns white!?
Soooo.... Can we simplify this by simply putting a Solid Red Hand that means don't walk, and a White Hand that either blinks or counts down to warn pedestrians the light is turning Red.
Any Thoughts about this issue? And who do I contact besides GN Village Hall
