We are following up on this post from September 2012. It's been nearly two years and the sidewalk in front of 154 Lloyd Street has not been addressed. The condition of the sidewalk in that area has continued to deteriorate and is a cause for concern. Please alert us to your plans to address this.

Sidewalk inspected and temporary repairs of 154 and 152 will be scheduled. Permanent repair for 154 Lloyd is deemed "owner"s responsibility" according to City Ordinances. Small permanent repair at 152 Lloyd where city tree is present, is deemed "city responsibility". DPW will schedule temporary repairs.
