Retain Trash Cans - In the alley that connects the 100 block of Adams st to Bryant, almost 40% of the residents to not pull their trash cans back into their property lines. This is especially the case for the top "T" portion of the alley towards Bryant. Your residence will be ticketed soon if you don't retain your cans after trash collection.
