Description

As far as I know, it is illegal to post advertising signs on telephone & light poles. It is also ugly, and makes our neighborhood look cheap. Thing is, the offenders post their names and phone numbers!!! How hard is it to call them up with a warning and/or mail them a ticket? Sure, it's only a misdemeanor, but most "quality of life" issues are misdemeanors. Can't somebody stop these companies?
