Description
This issue has been reported multiple times and nothing has been done to fix it!
People are constantly parking in the fire lane (a marked no parking area) on both ends of Charlton St. People pack in along the road at night and on weekends making a two way road a very tight one lane. People even block the stop sign and crosswalk. There have been many close calls here - potential head on collisions. This road also leads to an industrial area/ MBTA lot so there is always a lot of traffic. This is a very dangerous situation - is it going to take someone getting hurt to do something about it?!
This is a city road - please enforce the parking rules. If nothing else, the city is missing out on a lot of revenue. There are at least 20 cars nightly and typically more on the weekend that could be ticketed/towed.
Thank you.

I reported this a couple of months ago as well. I never saw anyone ticketed or towed after my report.
I agree - still a constant problem and still a serious hazard. Would be nice to see something done about this issue.
