What is the City and County waiting for here? I walk this area every night coming from Bart and I am being harassed by the people who reside at the County Admin building. There are people using the restroom in the sewer NIGHTLY, having sex in the open, and buying and doing of drugs on County land. Does someone need to be killed by one of the individuals before something is done? They have tons of items such as tarps and trash bags being stored daily on the County land.
