Two street lights in a row are out on 78th St and Park Ave. It leaves a large stretch of the block extremely dark, causing a tripping hazard and a safety issue. This area already has problems with vehicles being broken into, and the dark stretch of road is practically an invitation for the vehicles that have to park on the road.
