Description
This intersection is very inefficient as only one direction is ever moving at a time. The traffic volume at this intersection would make it a perfect candidate for a roundabout and save everyone a lot of time.

I checked crashes over the last three years - and there were only nine rear end crashes. Considering over 24,000 vehicles pass through this intersection daily, it appears to function quite well.
