This is a storm drain that every time it rings it becomes Lake Emerald on the 500 Block Emerald the storm drain is between 528 and 530 emerald at they've been out numerous times to deal with this drain it's time to where it gets fixed or getting sick of the lake

We maintain about 4,500 stormdrains in our service area and estimate that over half of the drains are clogged or falling apart because of deferred maintenance. We have CReWs working almost everyday to clean and repair drains, but they have a long list.
