2 Street Lights Out Starting a 59 Park St and the next one West of that ?? 69 or 71 Park ? Starting with CL&P pole # 8020 and 2 poles west where the next light is. BOTH OUT. Now because of this one house was broken in to that I do know of. They have been out for about 3 weeks.

Thank YOU very much. The light fixed about 4 days later. BOTH lights. And "people" stopped loitering in the area. Plus the people walking in the area feel much safer. See info from http://cops.usdoj.gov/Publications/e1208-StreetLighting.pdf about lighting can do.
The project produced an overall decline in crime of 52 percent; in
property damage and vandalism of 73 percent; in burglary of 28
percent; and in vehicle theft and vandalism of 80 percent. Calls
to police declined by 38 percent, with a resultant cost saving to
police.
