Description
5 consecutive traffic lights were red BOTH ways for extended amounts of time. 1st one, at Congress, the train was still on the bridge 2 BLOCKS away. The second to last one, at Texas, was red BOTH ways the whole time the train was at the Peirce stop. As soon as the train approached the intersection, that was when it turned green for the traffic CROSSING the tracks! Completely unacceptable timing.
