As Sgt DeRespini correctly states, this is an issue with Planning. Can the Planning Dept request the organizers of the Antiques Faire to hire officers in order to ensure there is no gridlock?
West End residents are tired of being subjected to this hassles every month for the past several years. How much longer do we have to put up with this nuisance?

First Sunday of the month today ... traffic was a mess and NO APD to man Webster/Atlantic or Webster/Stargell, resulting in gridlock.
Sgt DeRespini, per your earlier comment (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/2366331) this was being addressed. Did APD drop the ball on this (again)?

Why is this taking so long to fix? Is this because it is a West End issue? I can't imagine this being neglected this long if somebody from the Gold Coast/Fernside were to complain.
