The renter at 2921 Fendall is operating car repair, mainly on the weekends. He makes repairs to vehicles on the street and lets the fluids drain into the curb. This is was closed out as a drainage issue. THIS IS NOT A DRAINAGE ISSUE. This is a code enforcement issue.
