Even though this is a hazardous condition and should be a high priority. Even calling and demanding some one come out does not work. As a Keep Oakland Beautiful volunteer we just clean it up when we find it. Does PWD even have brooms and dust pans? Broken glass is very dangerous especially in regards to kids and pets. I really do not like doing a paid and pensioned city employees job for free.
