Description

At the bottom of the Passyunk ave going east bound towards south Philly there is a large speed bump. If you are on a motorcycle you may die from it. It's been here for years and PennDot will not fix it. Someone must die from it first before anything is done. This road bump has scattered hubcaps all at the bottom of the bridge which itself causes road hazards.
