Description

The rain water collected in the ditch does not flow down to the canal as it was designed when the road was paved 2 years ago. ( on Marshall ave side 5401 Garrard ave property.) The ditch that runs in front of a county-maintained lot is blocked with sand preventing the water to properly flow. Please clean both ditches and create the proper flow of water. I have a septic system that does not drain properly because of the backup of water on my property.
