area hasn't been addressed. A secondary pothole/ linear crack with divots is forming past this sinking manhole. When a rigid 18wheeler or construction vehicle passes over this area the ground shakes and radiates to the houses, the thumping/booming/rattling awakes several household members. There is also one further down the block. This has not been an issue until this year!!
