the man hole cover is about 8-10 inch out of the road. we are bottoming out with cars. i asked for this to get fixed about a year ago. it still has not been fixed. the plow trucks will not go down our road because they hit the man hole cover. at what point do the city have to take over a private road, this road is 24yrs old.we pay the same tax rate as everyone else. please fix our pot holes. thank you
