This will be Libby's legacy, not doing anything. You can't put the homeless in low income housing unless you are going to put them in rehab first, but you can make a huge camp where most can be in one place instead of letting Oakland look like a third world. So what is it that homeless advocates do for the homeless, absolutely nothing except feed their drug habit, hand out tents and tell them to pitch it wherever.

What is odd on this Earth Day celebration in Oakland is that Libby is putting on a show by the lake not feet from the homeless encampments that she allowed to pollute the land and water (including the park.) But that is Libby for you. Never let reality get in the way of politics.
