Every day during the evening rush hour the northbound traffic on Kansas ave blocks upshur st waiting for the ga ave light to change. This causes upshur traffic to back up in both directions. Either aggressively ticket the box blocking traffic or adjust the signals so the have time to clearheaded intersection and not interfer with cross traffic.
