Description
Oak's Dad's Club using bike path as a driveway. Several people were almost run into coming north from light. In the past they have also parked on the bayou side of the path, in the median of E. T. C. Jester, and between sidewalk and roadway on E. T. C. Jester. These are very dangerous situations for pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists.
